Corporate Wellness Policy:

Payment is due upon completion of the service. If the total invoice is over $1000, a down payment of 50% may be required to hold your booking a minimum of 1 week in advance.  Any remaining balance of the service is due the same day at the completion of the service. If your company payment policy is Net 10, 15, or 30, this needs to be reflected in the contract and/or invoice. There may be a 10% late free if payment is not received within 5 days of the invoice date. Cancelations must must be made at least 3 days prior to the event. Late cancelations may incur a 10% charge.
